POLICY:  4 Points VT LLC

COVID-19 Program and Exposure Control Plan

As the State of Vermont is opening up recreation with guidelines, 4 Points VT LLC (4 PTS) is interested in participating in offering Mountain Biking Clinics and Guide Service by following best practices as outlined. Responsibilities and Agreements between 4 PTS, the Instructors/Guides and our Guests have been outlined below. Like our approach to coaching, this is a partnership and we will need to work together to maximize safety and continue to enjoy mountain biking in Vermont.

PURPOSE:  The purpose of this document is twofold:

  1. To continue to protect the health and safety of our work force and by extension their families, our guests and
  2. To implement the Mandatory Health and Safety Requirements as required by the Vermont Department of Health, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Guidelines, Vermont Occupational Safety and Health Administration (VOSHA) and The Vermont Agency for Commerce and Community Development. Using the measures provided by these agencies, our company will strive to protect the health of our guests and employees. This program will document the measures we use to comply with the provided guidelines.

DEFINITIONS:

COVID-19 –   COVID-19 is a respiratory disease spread from person to person. SARS-CoV-2 is the virus that causes COVID-19.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES & AGREEMENTS:

4 Points VT

  • Follow all rules and practices created by the company, including, but not necessarily limited to:
    • Follow all VSHO/CDC Guidance relative to COVID-19
    • Offer full refunds prior to Clinic due to potential health issues
    • Manage all paperwork online prior to event including; Waivers and Payments
    • Ensure all instructors / guides have taken VOSHA COVID 19 Training

Instructors / Guides

  • Follow all rules and practices created by the company, including, but not necessarily limited to:
    • Take VOSHA Training online – send copy of completion to 4 PTS

    • Participate in all trainings relative to COVID-19
    • Monitor your Health and Stay home if you are sick
    • Wash hands frequently – keep and use hand sanitizer before and after handling equipment
    • Wear protective cloth mask as outlined by this company
  • Keep a mask or bandana around your neck when riding with guests to be lifted when close to others
  • Practice Social Distancing – 6 foot minimum
  • Manage guests to maintain 6 foot spaces when feasible
  • Spread out riders and manage stopping to maintain 2 bike lengths between guest
  • Keep rides on trails on the low end of guests ability to ensure safety

Guests

  • Follow all rules and practices created by the company, including, but not necessarily limited to:
    • Manage all paperwork online prior to event including; Waivers and Payments
    • Manage your own health
    • Cancel appointment if any possibility of exposure to COVID 19 – *See Refund Policy
    • Stay home if you are sick
    • Wear protective cloth mask / bandana during clinic / ride to be lifted / worn when close to others
    • Bring hand sanitizer for self-use

COVID Refund Policy

As of 6/1/20 and until further notice, 4PTS will offer a 100% refund for any cancellation due to Corona Virus, Symptoms or suspected Symptoms. Notification is to be given to 4PTS as soon as possible and a minimum of 1 hour prior to scheduled event.
