OUR INSTRUCTORS
New to mountain biking? Interested in the sport, but not really sure how to get started? Let 4 Points trained instructors show you the way by walking you through a step by step process to get you familiar with the equipment, proper body position, cornering, braking and a lot more. Lessons are typically two hours, which is usually long enough to actually learn the basics and still have time to do some riding.

MOUNTAIN BIKE LESSONS

GROUP MT BIKE LESSON
Join a group of other new riders to learn the basics. Groups are limited to a maximum of 6 participants to ensure that everyone gets the most out of their time.

One on one private lessons with a trained instructor are available to help personalize your mountain bike experience and accelerate your learning. You can add friends or family members for an additional fee.

2 DAY MT BIKE CLINIC

Lessons are 4 hours for 2 consecutive days giving you plenty of time to learn the basics and get comfortable on the trail.
What to bring:
Mountain Bike –make sure it’s in good riding condition
Cycling gear for all potential weather, including rain
Helmet and riding gloves
Hydration pack or water bottle
(Bike and helmet rentals available – must pre-order)

4 WEEK SKILLS DEVELOPMENT
Pick Up or Brush Up on Skills - Many riders, even veteran mountain bikers lack basic skills. Enhance your abilities in a 4-week Mountain Bike Skills Development Program. Work on the fundamentals in a progressive program designed to build a solid foundation to make you a stronger, safer and more confident rider. Groups will be organized based on skill levels.
Trapp Trail Passes are required. Discounts on season passes available. Bike, Helmet and Trapp Family Lodge MTB Trail Pass required
